What I think is the most beneficial with this type of training is it involves the entire teams input, therefore it is not one person making all the decisions. It is the team that shares the ideas and comes up with the solutions. When everyone is involved...everyone will commit!

i like the guest care content and delivery of the class. i can see how this could be a constant improving cycle for guest care. we do really care = love thank you Jeanine

This class was effective for all of our team members. It was very interactive and was very eye opening. At times we only think of our customers as our guest. It also made me as a director think of our staff and students as a top guest! Delanna
