What a great workshop! I suggest breaking it into two parts that way, your team will have time to reflect on the ideas and the facilitator is not rushed. It was very impactful for my team!

The information that was given in the Excuse the Excuses workshop has been very helpful to me in my daily relations with guests and team members. Most importantly it helps prevent escalated situations where guests have the potential of becoming very upset.
